2 How to Order

PHOTO ALBUM a) Log in with your user ID and password b) Upload your photos in My Photo Storages c) Go to Cheezz Store and choose an Album Style d) Design your album online with Cheezz Album Designer e) Save your finished album project and add it to Shopping Cart f) Checkout your album at the Shopping Cart g) Go to My Account and check your Order Status PHOTO CANVAS a) Log in with your user ID and password b) Upload your photos in My Photo Storages c) Go to Cheezz Store and choose a Canvas Style and Size d) Design your canvas online with Cheezz canvas Designer e) Add your finished canvas project to Shopping Cart f) Checkout your canvas at the Shopping Cart g) Go to My Account and check your Order Status

5 Turnaround Time

- Canvas Wraps: 1-2 business days after you have submitted your order - Posh, Classic, and Signature Albums: 5 business days after you have submitted your order - Pro Albums: 5 business days after you have submitted your order Your items will be shipped on the day it is completed.

6 Return and Refunds

No cancellations, refunds, or fixes are available after you have submitted your order, however; you may return your item to be fixed if there is a fault in the manufacturing of the product. You MUST contact Cheezz Customer Service ( 1 855 424 3399 ) before returning your item for fixing.
